MLB | Cristian Guzman to miss at least half of the season

Free-agent 2B Cristian Guzman (Rangers) will miss at least the first half of the 2011 season because of undisclosed family issues, according to The Sports Network. Agent Stanley King said there is a possibility that he could miss the entire season if the issues are not resolved in a timely fashion. Two unidentified National League teams were said to be interested in Guzman.
