Bills | Three tendered contract offers

The Buffalo Bills have tendered contract offers to TE Scott Chandler, LB Paul Posluszny and SS Donte Whitner in case they are deemed restricted free agents under the new collective bargaining agreement, reports Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com. Posluszny and Whitner would be considered unrestricted free agents under the current CBA.
