Dolphins | Paul Soliai signs franchise tender

Miami Dolphins DT Paul Soliai, the team's franchise player, has signed his one-year, $12.381 million franchise tender, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter. Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland said at the NFL Combine that the team has spoken with his agent, David Carter, about a contract extension.
