Associated Press reports the Washington Redskins released S Matt Stevens and placed WR Andre Reed (hamstring) and TE James Jenkins (shoulder) on injured reserve. WR Derrius Thompson and FB Bryan Johnson were signed from the practice squad to the active roster.
