Seahawks | Team hopes to retain Olindo Mare

The Seattle Seahawks will not use the franchise tag on PK Olindo Mare, who received the tag last offseason, reports Danny O'Neil, of The Seattle Times. The team was not interested in giving him the mandatory 120-percent bump from last year's salary, although they're still hopeful of keeping him.
