Rangers | Seven signed to one-year deals

The Texas Rangers signed SP Tommy Hunter, SP Matt Harrison, P Wilmer Font, RP Fabio Castillo, 1B Chris Davis, 1B Mitch Moreland and C Taylor Teagarden to one-year deals Tuesday, Feb. 22, according to The Sports Network. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
