Chiefs | Expected to place franchise tag on Tamba Hali

The Kansas City Chiefs are expected to place their franchise tag on impending free-agent LB Tamba Hali, reports Jason La Canfora, of NFL Network. The Chiefs had some exploratory talks with Hali at the Senior Bowl and could agree on a new contract before the collective bargaining agreement expires.
