The New York Jets have announced they have signed CB Will Billingsley, RB Carlos Brown, P T.J. Conley, OG Marlon Davis, RB Chris Jennings, DL Matt Kroul, CB Ellis Lankster, LB Joey LaRocque, WR Logan Payne, DT Carlton Powell, DB Richard Taylor, LB Brian Toal, DE Lorenzo Washington and QB Drew Willy to future contracts. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
