The Kansas City Chiefs have signed WR Jeremy Horne, TE Cody Slate, OG Darryl Harris, DL Robert Greenwood and LBs Pierre Walters, Micah Johnson and Justin Cole to future contracts, reports Adam Caplan, of FOXSports.com. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
