The Buffalo Bills could add a wide receiver to the roster before their Week 17 game because of the injuries to WRs Donald Jones (head) and David Nelson (ribs), reports Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com. The Bills could sign practice squad WR Bobby X. Williams or WR Rod Windsor to their active roster.
