Dolphins | Tony Sparano staying put

Miami Dolphins consultant Bill Parcells has convinced owner Stephen Ross to retain head coach Tony Sparano, according to NFL Network's Michael Lombardi, reports Barry Jackson, of The Miami Herald. The Dolphins will keep Sparano, but likely will hire a new offensive coordinator to replace Dan Henning. Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak could be a potential candidate if he is fired. Former Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels is also a possibility.
