Vikings | Brett Favre fails another neurological exam

Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Favre (concussion) failed another baseline neurological test Wednesday, Dec. 29, according to NFL sources, reports Judd Zulgad, of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. Head coach Leslie Frazier said Favre would start in Week 17 against the Detroit Lions if healthy.
