Minnesota Vikings interim head coach Leslie Frazier said QB Brett Favre (concussion, neck, shoulder) still has not been able to pass the first round of his concussion test and is still considered doubtful for Week 16, reports Judd Zulgad, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
