San Diego Chargers FB Jacob Hester (illness), WR Kelley Washington (hip), OG Louis Vasquez (neck) and LBs Antwan Applewhite (ankle) and Brandon Siler (ribs) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 24, reports Scott Bair, of the North County Times. They are listed as probable for Week 16 and are expected to play.
