Minnesota Vikings QB Patrick Ramsey will be at practice Thursday, Dec. 16, and he could start in Week 15 with injuries to QBs Brett Favre (shoulder), Tarvaris Jackson (toe) and Joe Webb (hamstring), according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports CBSSports.com.
