Cardinals | Derek Anderson has not passed neurological tests

Arizona Cardinals QB Derek Anderson (concussion) has not passed neurological tests after suffering a concussion in Week 13, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. The team is hopeful Anderson will be cleared in time to serve as the third quarterback in Week 14. QB John Skelton has beem named the starter, with recently signed Richard Bartel operating as the primary backup.
