Broncos | Robert Ayers itching to go

Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels said Tuesday, Nov. 23, that LB Robert Ayers (foot) is eager to get back onto the field and he looks forward to Ayers returning soon, according to Eric Detweiler of DenverBroncos.com. Ayers missed his fifth straight game in Week 11 against the San Diego Chargers. "But I'll give him credit – he went out there and worked hard in the pregame warm-ups and then wanted to play," McDaniels said. "But I just don't think that was the best thing for us last night."
