Redskins | Clinton Portis back in Week 11

Washington Redskins RB Clinton Portis (groin) will return to the field in Week 11 against the Tennessee Titans after missing five games, according to The Washington Post's Rick Maese. "If we didn't feel good about him, we wouldn't play him," head coach Mike Shanahan said. "He looked like he'd be good to go." RB Ryan Torain (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 11. Shanahan would not discuss the exact role that Portis would play against the Titans. If Portis handles the majority of the work, RB Keiland Williams could be designated as the third-down back.
