Titans | Phenix Officially Back

As an update to this morning's story, the Tennessee Titans have re-signed S Perry Phenix. Phenix was traded at the end of training camp to Carolina for a conditional draft pick. The team released long snapper/TE Mike Leach to free up a roster spot for Phenix.
