Cowboys | Terence Newman hurts ankle

Dallas Cowboys CB Terence Newman (rib, ankle) suffered a left ankle injury against the New York Giants in Week 10, according to DallasCowboys.com. He has already been nursing a rib muscle and cartilage injury for the past three weeks. DBs Orlando Scandrick and rookie Bryan McCann saw more reps in the base defense with Newman and CB Mike Jenkins (neck) missing game time.
