The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free-agent TE Nathan Overbay (Dolphins) and free-agent OG John Malecki (Browns) to their practice squad Tuesday, Oct. 26, according to the St. Petersburg Times' Rick Stroud, Stephen Holder and Joe Smith.
