Rams | Random Injury Notes

The Post-Dispatch reports St. Louis Rams FB Larry Bowie suffered a knee injury after catching a pass late in the pre-season game Friday night. He suffered a partial tear of his anterior cruciate ligament, which will require eight weeks to heal. Bowie's roster spot was not locked down, and with cuts coming later today Bowie will likely receive an injury settlement. Starting SS Adam Archuleta (hamstring) is expected to be ready to go next Sunday. Starting LB Mark Fields (thigh) and S Kim Herring (hamstring) sat out against the Chiefs but should play against the Eagles. DE Leonard Little broke a finger against the Chiefs, but coach Mike Martz said he should be OK to play next weekend.
