New England Patriots WR Deion Branch should be able to step in and contribute immediately to the Patriots' offense because of his pre-existing knowledge of the team's passing game, reports Christopher Price, of WEEI.com. His return will cut into the playing time of WRs Brandon Tate and Taylor Price, and it allows some of the team's younger receivers more time to develop in the system. The Patriots will be moving forward without a true No. 1 receiver.
