Jets | Nick Folk has big Week 5 outing

New York Jets PK Nick Folk kicked five field goals in a Week 5 win over the Minnesota Vikings. He also hit both of his extra point attempts during the game. Folk nailed field goals from 25, 53, 22, 34 and 31 yards during the game.
