Colts | Jamey Richard a game-time decision

Indianapolis Colts OG Jamey Richard (shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 1, according to Phillip B. Wilson, of The Indianapolis Star. He is listed as questionable for Week 4 and will be a game-time decision. If he is not able to play, OG Kyle DeVan will take his place.
