Packers | Dimitri Nance unlikely to play Week 2

Green Bay Packers RB Dimitri Nance caught the eye of his new head coach, Mike McCarthy, during his first day of practice with the Packers, reports Greg A. Bedard, of The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "Very explosive, instinctive, definitely has a very strong, quick lower half. Everything we saw on file was validated. He is a young player and I think he will be a good fit for us," McCarthy said of his new back. Nance said it is unlikely he will be ready to play during Week 2, but said he is a pretty quick learner and if they gave him a certain number of plays he could be ready.
