Dodgers | Vicente Padilla scratched from start Sunday

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Vicente Padilla (neck) will not make his scheduled start against the Houston Astros Sunday, Sept. 12, because of a bulging disc in his neck, according to The Associated Press. "I don't see him pitching in the foreseeable future," manager Joe Torre said. SP Carlos Monasterios will start in place of Padilla.
