Buccaneers | Will sign Dezmon Briscoe to practice squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will sign unrestricted free-agent WR Dezmon Briscoe (Bengals) to their practice squad, reports Stephen Holder, of the St. Petersburg Times. Briscoe will make around the rookie minimum salary while on the practice squad.
