Bears | Corey Wootton has food poisoning

Chicago Bears DL Corey Wootton (illness) missed practice Tuesday, Aug. 31, because of food poisoning, according to ESPNChicago.com's Jeff Dickerson. Wootton will attempt to play in the team's preseason finale Thursday, Sept. 2. He is likely to make the final roster cut. Wootton is fighting for a roster spot along with DLs Jarron Gilbert and Henry Melton.
