Red Sox | Carlos Delgado undergoes MRI

Boston Red Sox 1B Carlos Delgado (hip), who is currently on the disabled list in the minors, underwent an MRI exam Wednesday, Sept. 1, that came back negative, according to ESPNBoston.com's Gordon Edes. Delgado was also injected with cortisone. It is unlikely that the team will recall Delgado.
