Green Bay Packers RB Kregg Lumpkin (hamstring), RB Quinn Porter (ankle), LB Clay Matthews (hamstring), DE Cullen Jenkins (calf), OG Allen Barbre (back), SS Atari Bigby (ankle), CB Al Harris (knee) and RB James Starks (hamstring) did not participate in practice Tuesday, Aug. 24, reports Mike Spofford, of Packers.com.
