San Francisco 49ers RB Anthony Dixon struggled running the ball at times when he could not find a hole to run through, reports Matt Maiocco, of CSNBayArea.com. Dixon did pick up a blitz that allowed QB Alex D. Smith complete a long pass and finished the game with 50 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries.
