Seahawks | Team Notes

Mike Sando reports for the Tacoma News Tribune Seattle Seahawks DE Michael Sinclair has indeed agreed to restructure his contract and he will remain with the team. He will receive $3 million in 2001 as part of the reworked contract, sources said. That figure includes a $1 million roster bonus Friday and $2 million in base salary. The team hopes a revamped defensive line will return Sinclair's performance to what it was in past years, before he struggled in 2000. LB Jamie Sharper visited Seattle on Wednesday. Ravens officials have reportedly told his agent cap issues would make it difficult, if not impossible to re-sign him to a contract.
