Seahawks | Robertson Contract Breakdown

The Tennessean reports further details on the contract agreed to by former Tennessee Titans S Marcus Robertson with the Seattle Seahawks: The three-year contract is worth $4 million and includes a $1 million signing bonus and a base salary of $700,000 this year. Robertson spoke about the other contenders for his services, the Bills and Raiders. Robertson said the Bills fell out of contention because their salary cap struggles left them offering no signing bonus and no guarantee of a second season. He added Oakland wouldn't go longer than a year on a contract as well. Robertson plans to negotiate a trade with RB/KR Charlie Rogers to obtain the number he has worn for the past 10 years, 31.
