Packers | Justin Harrell dealing with back injury

Green Bay Packers DL Justin Harrell (back) did not participate in practice Tuesday, Aug. 17, because of a tight lower back, reports Pete Dougherty, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. It is the first time Harrell's chronically injured back has flared up since the start of training camp. Head coach Mike McCarthy said he hopes Harrell can get past this injury because he has performed well during camp and in the team's first preseason game. The team could consider releasing Harrell if he is not able to get past the back injury before the start of the season, but he is in their defensive line rotation.
