Rams | Signing of Brian Westbrook not imminent

St. Louis Rams vice president of football operations Kevin Demoff said he has not spoken to free-agent RB Brian Westbrook's (Eagles) agent for several days and denied the team is close to signing him, reports The Associated Press. Demoff, however, remains optimistic the team remains in the running to acquire Westbrook this year.
