Raiders | Thomas Howard on the way out?

Oakland Raiders LB Thomas Howard was not even running with the second-team nickel defense during practice Sunday, Aug. 8, according to Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers. Either Howard is biding his time awaiting to be cut or traded or the team simply wants to get a look at other players in practice.
