Philadelphia Eagles RB Mike Bell (hamstring), WR Jeremy Maclin (knee) and C A.Q. Shipley (ankle) worked in the non-contact portion of practice Sunday, Aug. 8, but sat out most of the team's morning practice, reports Jonathan Tamari, of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
