Falcons | Peria Jerry takes part in first live drills

Atlanta Falcons DT Peria Jerry (knee) took part in practice Wednesday, Aug. 4, for the first time since a knee injury in 2009, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's D. Orlando Ledbetter. Jerry looked a little rusty during one-on-one pass-rushing drills, but defensive line coach Ray Hamilton said Jerry moved all right. Atlanta is going to be cautious with moving Jerry back into full contact. Before Wednesday he had taken part in individual drills but with no contact.
