Redskins | Devin Thomas stepping up

Washington Redskins WR Devin Thomas had a second strong practice Sunday, Aug. 1, reports Jason Reid, of The Washington Post. Head coach Mike Shanahan said Thomas is being evaluated every time he steps on the field and he has to compete every day if he wants to win a position.
