Updating previous reports, the Pittsburgh Pirates have also received minor league OF Andrew Lambo in the deal which sent RP Octavio Dotel to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for SP James McDonald, according to ESPN.com's Jayson Stark. In addition to Dotel, the Dodgers also received $500,000.
