Nationals | Tyler Walker likely to undergo surgery
Washington Nationals RP Tyler Walker (shoulder) is likely to need surgery on his sore right shoulder, according to The Washington Post's Gene Wang. Walker will visit with Dr. James Andrews Thursday, July 29, to receive confirmation for surgery. Walker's pain is so severe that he has trouble drinking a glass of water and even sleeping. He is expected to need roughly six to eight months of recovery time, which means he could be ready by Spring Training next year.
