Lions | Fullback position in transition

Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said the team's fullback position is in "a little bit of a transition," reports Carlos Monarrez, of the Detroit Free Press. The team has three fullbacks on the roster in FBs Jerome Felton, Matt Clapp and Jake Nordin. Schwartz added, "Felton is getting some running back reps also. He's getting that slash work. The only real true fullback we have right now is the rookie, Clapp. Nordin is getting those snaps, but he's also getting some tight end snaps. ... So our guys, they're all fitting into a little different roles. They're not all cut out of the exact same cloth."
