Former MLB C Sal Fasano is an "early candidate" to manage the Toronto Blue Jays next season, reports TSN.ca, citing MLB.com's Anthony Castrovince. Fasano currently manages the organization's Class-A Lansing Lugnuts. Blue Jays manager Cito Gaston is planning to retire after the 2010 season.
