The Houston Texans have signed unrestricted free-agents WR Bobby X. Williams (Vikings), TE Derek Fine (Rams) and FB Justin Griffith (Seahawks), reports John McClain, of the Houston Chronicle. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
