Buccaneers | Reduce tender offer to Donald Penn

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have decided to reduce their tender offer to restricted free-agent OT Donald Penn after Penn declined to sign the offer before the June 15th deadline, reports PewterReport.com's Charlie Campbell. Penn was originally tendered at $3.168 million, but the tender has been reduced to $3.068 million.
