Dolphins | Phillip Merling practices Friday

Miami Dolphins DE Phillip Merling took part in the team's practice Friday, May 28, reports The Associated Press. Merling was arrested Wednesday, May 26, following a charge of aggravated battery against a pregnant woman, who is his girlfriend. Merling was arrested from Broward County (Fla.) Jail on $15,000 bond and with orders that he stay away from the woman.
