Red Bull Racing | Brian Vickers to miss rest of season

Red Bull Racing driver Brian Vickers (blood clots) will miss the rest of the Sprint Cup season due to blood clots in his lungs and his left leg, according to ESPN.com.

Fantasy Tip: Vickers can now be dropped from your roster. Casey Mears, who replaced Vickers at Dover International Speedway last weekend, is expected to take over the No. 83 car for Red Bull Racing. However, Mears should be considered a low-end No. 3 or high-end No. 4 driver.
