Indians | Asdrubal Cabrera likely needs surgery

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Indians SS Asdrubal Cabrera (forearm) will likely have to undergo surgery on his broken left forearm, which could end the rest of his 2010 season, according to MLB.com's Anthony Castrovince. SS Jason Donald started at shortstop Tuesday, May 18, and could begin to see regular playing time there. 2B Luis Valbuena is also expected to see time at shortstop, with 2B Mark Grudzielanek filling in at second base.
