Lions | Daniel Bullocks intends to start again

Detroit Lions S Daniel Bullocks (knee) said he intends to return from a serious knee injury that sidelined him last season and still be a starter, reports Nicholas J. Cotsonika, of the Detroit Free Press. Bullocks returned to the team's practice last week, but he admitted that he is "not 100 percent right now."
